Renovations
Kitchen Updates
In our renovated homes we install modern neutral kitchens. Granite counter tops, stainless appliances, deep sinks, and a subway tile backsplash are among of our favorites. Here is an example of one of our complete gut jobs.
We have found that this design model works well, and it has become a go-to for us. This next kitchen was small so we expanded the number of cabinets, upgraded the appliance package, installed granite countertops, put in a deep stainless sink, and a disposal. This kitchen was also enormous and the current lighting was not sufficient, so we installed a high powered LED ceiling light and it really made a difference in visibility.
Exterior Updates
Nobody ever got a second chance at a first impression. A home’s exterior sets the tone for what to expect with the rest of a house. Here are some styles of exteriors that we have done in the past.
Vinyl Siding
This house was suffering from a wooden siding and railings that had already started rotting. We replaced the front railings and brought them up to a proper height, painted the foundation, and installed vinyl siding and soffits to help with the curb appeal.
Concrete Siding
All this house needed was the front railing to be brought up to code for safety and a fresh paint job. Check out that window unit that turned into Central A/C.
Unique Homes
Every renovation is a custom job, but some homes are more unique than others. One of the most unique renovations we’ve taken on was a hand-hewn log cabin. This took over a year and was in the process of collapsing when we acquired it. After correcting the structural problems, we had to put in a culvert (a bridge of sorts) because the cabin wasn’t accessible from the road due to the trout stream. We designed and installed a new custom kitchen, installed a new tiled shower and bathroom and restored every part of the house.
